Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost: FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 5-8 business days after processing. During busy periods delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address: please make sure your address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: if your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@nordvaleco.com or through our contact form and we will help you right away.
